What a useless app! Takes ages to sign-up, followed all instructions then by the end of the process, says I’ve entered the wrong details. I’ve tried it too many times and now my account has been blocked even though I can still access my account through my laptop! Prompts you to try and sign up again!!! What the!!! When you sign up it tells you that you’ve reached the maximum registered devices but gives you no option to unregister devices. I just upgraded to a new phone and now have no way of accessing my account because I’ve reached the maximum registered devices. This upgrade is crappy and not well thought out. Developers should be ashamed of putting this out with no thorough testing. I would have rated this upgrade to “0” if there was an option.Show lessOne device allowed
I sign up on my old phone was ok but when I change to a new phone it won’t allow me to access because it only allow one device that’s stupid because my other phone broke and now to my new phone doesn’t allow meUnable to register
Hello PNB I tried to register with my credit card but it says unable to register. I had been fined multiple times for my dollar account because I could not set up an auto debit request abroad. This update is so useless if I can't even log in. Your credit card agents take ages to respond. Did you know that that your PNB banking App is the worst rated out of all the Philippine banks...we can't re-apply for your digital version and has error of "oops"... 1.2 stars out of 5!!!...plse check the comments fir verification...if you doubt what we are trying to tell you...it's a pandemic, and can't use online banking...BPI & BDO can!!!...You ok with 3rd place or even lower???Show lessDigital App sign up
I have tried signing up with this new app over and over and over to check my account, but no success. I have tried signing up using my debit card no. and the PIN issued to me by thr branch where I opened my account, no success. Then I tried sgning up using my Savings Account # , still no success!! I don't know what else I can do. This is VERY FRUSTTRATING! Even if I want to go to a PNB branch, there's nothing close to where we live in Texas. There's just a PNB Remittance Center in Houston and they are not of any help. Our closest PNB branch is in LA which is hundreds of miles away from us. I tried calling several times to ask help but no one was taking the call. My husband and I have the same issues with our accounts. What's going on with this App?Show lessUnable to get OTP in phone
With the old app- I could get the otp on my phone messages when prompted - and I was able to open my account. This time, I’ve been trying to sign up a lot of times but still unable to get the OTP in my phone - I could get it from my email ad but not in the phone.Dissapointed
I was happy I was able to do my mobile banking. But when I check again today I was not able to log-in. It Says update in the app store and ask me to sign up with my old number which is i don’t have an access anymore and I’m not using it long time ago. I already updated my new number that’s why I was able to use mobile app and I was happy. So what’s going on with the update????? Where can I log-in????? This is my first time doing a bad review. I can't believe this is what I am seeing on this app. You have to enter a million information before you get in and here's the worst part it is not working or I assumed this is offline as well? PNB is international, how come you guys have a poor app????Good UX/UI but OTP functiona does not work
The app is better than before however OTP does not seem to work.
