This app is not working at all!
This app is generations behind contemporary apps. Apps developed by elementary kids are better than this. Please hire better developers. Or maybe you don’t realize that you have clients who work and live worldwide.joejuncanada
Rubbish
What can I say it’s totally rubbish app . Created a user name logged in , then try to loggin again and now says user name does not exist . PNB are so far behind in 2023 with internet banking . It’s so shocking that they don’t have a banking app that works in 2023 just rubbish Think I will be moving to another bank instead .Show lessStemilly
Why you no fix problems
PNB please listen to your clients!!! Fix the App for clients who live internationally. We don’t have access to the services accessible only thru app. And why is it only in the app? It should also be available through the online banking (website)! So frustrating and inconvenient!!!Ugh! 😩
Not bad for Pi standards
Does what i need, never had any issues so far. Could be better but we cant really compare it to 1st world countries. Onwards and up! Xxvan_not

Rubbish banking app
As per advice from the bank I tried signing up for this app since January and each time I sign up. After I filled all the details It says currently undergoing maintenance system. And thats about 3 months now. And I lost count how many times I attempted to sign up. I had enough, no more! Will delete after this review.Show lessNhengskie

Come on pnb when are you gonna do a descent app for your costumers , absolutely useless app , it doesn’t work at all , when it does it cuts off and said sorry try again..New dimention

Tried this app 2 yrs ago but was unable to use it for over a yr dahil d nga ako mka log in. They were able to fix it for me nung dumating ako sa bansa pero nubg nag update ang app d ulit ako nka pag log in and took me several months again bago ako natulungan. 2023 na ngayon dapat may major improvement na ang app na to. I gave it a single star for obvious reason.Show lesspinoybayot

It’s 4pm on a Thursday afternoon in the PH. Why am I getting the “our system is currently undergoing maintenance” page. This app needs a complete redo and to be turned over to a professional who understands UI, customer service, digital functionality, etc.carlo alexi
