password reset
I keep logging-in into my account but could not make it……it keeps telling me that my account is locked and need to reset but nowhere from this apps you can see and press to reset……i use my same password to open the account in laptop using the same password and it is working……the apps is very rubbish and even their online website services……PNB PLEASE CHECK AND IMPROVE YOUR SERVICES, you were so already behind the digital and your services is very obsolete and not helpful anymoreShow lessWilburlondon

OMG!! If I could only give zero star to this app, I would!! This app is so stupid! How did this gets approved to be released? I understand that you can only register one device per client, which blows and outdated! Good luck upgrading your device! I unregistered my old phone and deleted the app. I, then, installed the app to my new phone and try to register it and it won’t let me. I tried so many times with no success. I tried to reinstall it to my old phone and, now, it won’t let me. I currently do not have any registered device and I can’t even release funds. I can login to through the website but no feature to transfer funds! This is the reason I opened this account overseas, in the first place, and I can’t even do that. Seriously, the developers and the person who approved to release this needs to go back and understand what clients need. Philippine National Bank couldn’t even support Philippine Nationals overseas bringing in money to the country from overseas. Get with the changing times! Pathetic!Show lessgixxerboiye
It’s frustrating
You keep on updating the app but it doesn’t show any changes, instead it’s making it more hard to use. I prefer the one when I first downloaded the app, it has finger print option for the password. But after updating you can’t use it anymore 😩 bring back the finger print option for the password it’s much easier. And another things it keeps on saying under maintenance, it’s frustrating especially when you are in an emergency 😤Show lessfrustrated mhe

Update: errors and bugs now I’m afraid of leaving my money here.
Update: online activation recieved. During my vacation in Ph went to bank and updated my information now i can use the app. 🙏🏽roseofCA
Won't log me in
I have changed my password 3 times and now I am locked out, even I know for a fact my passwords been were correct because I can log in on the website.

Just last month, this app was unusable for me. I just noticed the update and immediately, I could use it.

A useless app, with many omissions.
Apart from not being able to post-date payments, since replacing a very good app and internet banking system, why, when I make a payment, do I receive a confirmation that starts with ‘Nice, you’ve made a payment’, or ‘Cool, you’ve successfuly paid….’ I know I made a payment, why not just acknowledge the fact, instead of being so unprofessional.Show lessBazzank

It’s been 3 years that I tried to use their mobile app. I went personally to my branch twice in the Philippines but nobody knows how to use the app. I decided to change bank that I can access internationally. I’m done with PNB!C S Storm
Useless App!
This app is so uncompetitive, useless, and a total waste of time to use. Even your website is a total crap. Most of the time it’s under maintenance. You can not do transactions especially when you need it.ChaChick
