The app works well
Wish I could say the same about the company.
Be careful, they are likely a scam. The model is no different..: if not worse than just signing up with a known source like Zillow or Realtor. The difference is, Zillow and Realtor don’t ask for a percentage of your sales (that you probably won’t get) on top of their fee.

Do not sign on to this company. They will sell you lies about providing verified leads exclusively. Leads are not verified at all! I called a “lead” that “preferred to be contacted at 10am” according to Set Schedule’s trusted third party LJ Marketing. An old lady answered and stated not only is she not interested in selling but she had been getting several calls like mines. Terrible ! If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Worst lead source ever.
They have the worst leads. I got very few leads from them and not a single closing in a full year . I am and experienced agent with over 8 million in sales last year with not a single one from them. I contacted them about canceling my account and then got charges for a second full year and would not refund my. Don’t go with this service. You’ll regret it.Show lessbad lead gen
Worst lead generation I ever used
They give un-preapproved leads. They even give leads based on computer algorithms meaning these leads are expected to want to sell. Still, the information (human) did not reach out to any organization anywhere, so calling these leads (often elderly) get VERY confused or even angry I call. I didn't know they did this until I researched the company. I prefer leads who reached out and want o be contacted. Leads based on computer algorithms? No thank you, I have my own “algorithms” and do not want to be charged on UNHAPPY LEADS!! Also they (SetSchedule) spam call me ever since I marked 1 star on BAD/FALSE leads. I already told them I quit their service and do not want to be called yet they keep calling!!! Leave me alone and stop wasting my time!!! I am currently trying this out without researching it first. Bad move on my end.
What you have read is true, this company is only out for your money. Customer service is zero!! I have been trying to get my money back for a week and no one wants to reply to my emails or call me. When I did find the number to call the manager and stated I wanted a refund, he hung up on me.
They hounded me every day to buy into it, yet when I want my money back, they say to schedule a call in two weeks with your specialty agent that is apparently to help you close leads. Nope! The leads are old, bad and never answer. I did get someone on the line and stated they sold their house two days ago.
Don’t believe the hype they feed you! I’m surprised they are still in business scamming others. All the calls originate out of Laguna beach, California. This is felt like a run out of the basement scam.Show lessMulder40x

The leads I have received have been all bad numbers, deceased relatives and leads for renters. When you try to cancel, no one will get back to you. I’ve been trying to cancel for months now. I’ve sent emails, I’ve talked to sales rep (those are the only agents your able to actually speak with) and they all they will reach out to my agent and have him contact me. I must say there are many options for keeping you organized, but this app and the staff is PHENOMENAL! It is already amazing it takes your contacts, it takes your email conversation contacts and automatically adds them so you don’t have to! Its like an extension of YOU!
