Doesn’t work at all?
The app loads all the data about the books and their availability, but I can’t place a hold. In any library location. I’m super disappointed because this makes it a lot harder for me to find the books I want to read, and it’s a lot worse then the last app. I like the design tho?GRAnolanra
Bad catalogue search
App looks ok but it is useless bc the catalogue does not seem to be properly loaded in. A search for two books came up empty in the app, but the books could be found on the website catalogue. This seems pretty basic to have functioning before release, no? Considering you waited months to roll out.Carmenocal
Missing Libraries
I can’t request items for the Crown Heights branch, or as someone else pointed out the Park Slope branch. I wonder how many other branches were left off...T.G. Wilkinson

App is actually worse than before
This app is such a disappointment. Search function is useless, no ability to look for newly released books or to search by genre. I’ve waited so long for this app to come back, and I’m deleting it immediately. What a shame!Orfnans
Unable to find books
I can't figure out why, but when I search for books on the app almost nothing is available, but when I check the website they are there. Would love to be able to use the app instead.datkat

But for some reason the park slope branch isn’t included so you can’t request items to be delivered there. Have to use website for that.wizenby
