Internet issues
The app works on my iPhone but it won’t work on the tablet. It’s a pain to have to give my kid my phone to play the games
MY EXPERIENCE
DOWNS: this app can sometimes annoy me because whenever I GET OFF LIGHT BLUE IT BRINGS DOWN RED ( I noticed you are getting complains about the LOG IN) so reminder it’s a PAYING APP you pay and sign up online on a CHROME BOOK/PC/LAPTOP ADVANTAGES: I like how this is all video games, but these games are to hard to manage and I sometimes like all my games and they never come back! Enjoy the five stars and please IMPROVE

Needed help bad
My mom had me download the app to see if it would help with my anxiety. I went to use it but it asked me to login but didn’t give me info to sign up then I asked my mom who found out u have to go to their website & pay to use it. I needed help because I was having a meltdown & instead of helping they just want money.

How does one use this app?
I downloaded the app and when I opened it, it asked for my login... but there’s no where to sign up. Am I missing something?? It shouldn’t be this tricky to use... deleting this app as I can not find a way to even use it. I was disappointed because the advertisement made it look like a good app.
Not that good
MAKES YOU SO ANGRY!!!!!!!
So good but a few things to change
Please read this developers! I use this a lot and it helps me calm down but i have to keep calming down because everytime i get just a smidge over the blue zone the red zone comes rushing down to meet the blue zone and i have to calm down all the time. I wish there was a good way to change your personal settings to be less sensitive. I know its supposed to learn you and change that way but i do mightier everyday and it never has changed! It just gets more sensitive the more i play! Other than that it works great and i would recommend it!

There’s a fee attached
How can I possibly recommend to parents when there’s a fee attached. Probably should say so that right away and be done with it. Most families I work with are on limited budgets and social support is dwindling. It’s a problem!
Great job!
This app is amazing I use it because I struggle with anger issues and this helps ALOT thanks to all the amazing people who made this and I think that the games are really fun great job to you guys out there!
The trial is not completely free
We ordered the package believing that the trial was completely free and the return easy.
We had our reservations using a screen and using games to help our young boys regulate their emotions, but with that promise we thought we had nothing to lose.
My 4.5 and 6.5 YO boys played on the app but didn’t get quite a few of the games. Sometimes their breathing (to try and calm their dragon) didn’t do anything and so they got stuck on the screen that they were on and couldn’t come out of it - this is with their wristband properly strapped on and correctly in contact with their wrist.
To be clear, they extended it for another month for us when our boys didn’t really get into it and didn’t use it much the first month. But we decided after our 6th week that it just wasn’t for us.
While the customer service was excellent (both the instructors/counsellors who called and the email customer support team), we were unpleasantly surprised when we were told that we had to pay the original shipping cost of USD25 because we decided that it wasn’t for our family. That’s about AUD37.
In the big scheme of things, it’s not a lot of money. We might have decided to pay that amount for the one month trial anyway (might) but would have much preferred for this cost to be clearly stated upfront at sign up for the trial.
This left a sour taste in our mouth. From this experience, we’d say this program might work more for kids who already have daily screen time anyway. It wasn’t for us, but we hope it works for other families.
