Is this a joke?
Even Uber with car seats is cheaper. What is the advantage?!?! I could rent a car in NYC to LI for two days with the cost of a single ride.

Uber Family (aka, 'Uber with Car Seats') is available in New York City, Orlando, Philadelphia, and D.C. and offers a sedan (larger vehicles are not available) with single car seat for a child between 22-55 lbs in the forward-facing position. The Kid Car staff would love to know where you rent your cars. Call us :)!

This service, at $25 minimum charge per ride is unbelievably cost prohibitive and laughable. That’s $25 plus taxes and tip so it’s more like $35 minimum. Not worth it for a trip of a mile or less.

52% of car accidents occur within 5 miles of a person's home so always make sure your child is properly secured (you should be too).
Trustworthy clean and reliable
We didn’t have a car seat when we rushed to the hospital from Queens to Manhattan to give birth to our little joy! We were told just call KidCar when we were ready, and the car that came was perfect! It was clean and safe and I felt comfortable bringing home my 4 day old baby. I’m so grateful we didn’t have to haul around a car seat at the hospital. What a great service! We will be using them anytime we are in the city and don’t feel like lugging around a car seat. Plus the app has much better and controlled options for car seats than Uber. Uber’s customer driven choices on the app are terrible.
