  • Watch app

Love the app though my apt complex doesn’t have all the doors marked or even in the sys (most likely user error). Was wondering if yall could make a watch version of this app. A couple of times I have left my phone upstairs and I’ve had to wait for ppl to come/leave the apt to get in; but my smartwatch is always on me so it would be great to be able to access this app from my watch.
  • I love this app! Was installed in my apartment

This has been an awesome app, only thing I wish I could do is add a user for my fiancé to have access as well to our same unit but mostly the app is great! I love how it comes through as a phone call first and then you can turn on the video and everything.
  • Don’t buy this system!!!!

Not only does the system not function, the people behind it are clueless. I live in a building that suffered through this for over two years. It’s never worked right. When you make suggestions to the owners of the app, they don’t understand how buildings operate or how they could even do things. And they seem unwilling to listen to constructive suggestions. Maybe it’s a language barrier I don’t know, but either way this was a disaster for the condominium we live in.

    Developer Response

Thank you for providing a review. Diana informed us of your request to extend the validity of guest codes beyond 30 days. We have already analyzed this request and have determined that it is not as simple as it appears. Imagine that everybody simply created a guest code to allow access for just 1 day of the week for every week in the next 6 months. That is 25 dates we have to store in the video intercom, per resident, per guest code. For a typical community with 200-300 residents, if everyone created a few different guest codes, the number of dates we'd need to store could easily reach hundreds of thousands, which the intercom would have to search through with each QR code scan. This will create performance problems. In order to satisfy your requirement of extending the guest code validity range without breaking the system, we will have to implement a repeating schedule rule, for example: every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, for the next 6 months. This means that we will have to make modifications to the video intercom software, the management website, and both phone apps. Our development roadmap already includes this new feature, and we anticipate its completion in about 2 to 3 months.
