  • Good but hard to transfer money and Paynow doesn’t really work

  • Transfer nightmare

    Can’t use this app to make international payment to other banks the contact service is a joke and you can spend hours in a branch to try and sort it out with no luck now have to wait on IT which can take 7-10 days to respond worst bank I’ve used so far
  • Great suggestions hide your bank details on transfer receipts

    Yes I agree with the comments above, hiding account details to confirm payments is both a very sensible idea with so many scams going on. We only use Paynow feature for small transfers to people we nearly know. Otherwise great app!

  • Does not work

    Does not work unless you upgrade your phone. My i6 phone cannot upgrade to system- now stuck with no access???
  • Missing core features

    This app unfortunately misses the mark and doesn’t give the same functionality that you get in hsbc’s uk app. Its quite bizarre that key features like being able to complete a transfer haven’t been thought through properly as you have to use a PC to set up a payee first before you can transfer. A quick comparison to better banking apps like Standard Chartered’s can quickly reveal the need for urgent improvement. UI work is also needed to reduce the number of clicks a user must make for simple interactions.

  • Allow Debit Card lock functionality

    There’s an option to lock credit card, however the same is not available for debit cards. Why the disconnect? With the recent rise in scams shouldn’t debit cards which are direct point of contact towards our deposits be equally if not more protected?

    Why is only 1 device allowed to be added that is stupid this needs to be removed ASAP!
  • App keeps crashing

    I do not understand why the app keeps crashing. This is very annoying since we need the digital token for everything. Can someone explain why? My iPhone is updated.
