  • Absolutely terrible interface and very customer unfriendly

    A real step back. Banking in the 90ies
  • Global transfer

    Please enable global transfer in your app for premier customers.
  • Cannot make payments

    The feature to make payments to all your saved transfers is not there!! Why launch an app that isn’t ready? 18 months ago this was a good app. There’s been 2 upgrades and both are rubbish. I’m now stuck at home unable to make transfers
  • Improving Fast

    Functionality started off slow, but has been improving fast and is now good. Hopefully this continues to make it fully as fully featured as other local bank apps.

  • Appalling Digital service from HSBC

    It’s amazing how far behind HSBC really are. How have you still not fixed this in 2019 and I have zero confidence you will any time soon. I will be closing my accounts and moving elsewhere. You should be very disappointed with your efforts in Digital.

    This app is a complete joke compared to any other bank in Sing. You literally can only see credit cards, not any current/savings accounts and certainly no payment functions. Not sure how this can be allowed within HSBC, especially given how advanced their UK app is.

    This is rubbish compare to UK app. Agree with other users, cannot see current account, what is the point?

    Today is 27 Apr 2018. Where’s the Touch ID support? It’s nowhere to be found!

    Pretty useless app with a web back end... Keeps getting errors and can't pull transactions. Please fix!
