So Easy
This is one of the few apps where I can pick up my phone, open the app, look at it, and hit the ground running. So easy to use. User-friendly transitions between accounts and services. I don’t even have to take out my computer anymore. I do it all through the app. Thanks folks!Mena Mac
Update is horrible
I’ve used mobile banking with SHCU for years and I despise this update! I can’t do anything with out having to answer security questions. I do not plan on using this app anymore than absolutely necessary.Tygress413

New version is worse
So they update the app but after logging in, the app doesn’t tell you basic information the previous version did. Information like due dates for credit card payments.
I really cannot wait until the card with this bank is paid and I can stop using it. Technology is supposed to make things easier but this bank does exactly the opposite. I can’t even make payments online due to glitches in their system, and when I called about it, I would be directed to the local branch who has zero control over the app or online services. Even though I called anyway, the branch stated there was nothing they could do.
So now I’ve had to resort to mailing paper checks to these “geniuses”.
Avoid them and find a bank not in this “Safe” family of banks.Dzhared761
Worst App Ever !!
I no longer live in the area where I opened account so I rely heavily on the app to track my funds .
It’s been down for the last 2 months and when you call them , they either say they were not aware or it’s been fixed …… NOT !

They Never Update The App
The app never gets updated and rarely works. Pretty much have to stick to the browser. Only thing the app is good for, most of the time, is checking balances….if you can even get into the account.JB4801
