Terrible user interface
This is a very frustrating app to use. It doesn’t pick up any auto fill data or allow for Apple Pay or store any data from previous transactions which means that you have to enter every detail including name, email, address, full card details for every purchase. There was a brief period where it did pick up auto fill which was much better but that disappeared again. Also I’d like the option of reloadable e-vouchers so that I don’t have to validate a different one each time and end up with multiple e-cards in my Apple wallet.

App functionality
Why do you have to fill in email address, billing address etc each time you place an order? The app compares very badly with the one from EdenredSavings which my employer has just decided to ditch. Vivup has all these details already, other companies can manage to auto fill them, why not this one?

Amazing app!
I have never seen or used a company that has the amazing discounts and schemes available that Vivup do. The app is very user friendly, I’ve never had an issue with it. Would recommend to all my colleagues to browse on the site!
Slow to load - unclear how to use
Main page shows nothing under benefits or services … to access information on services you have to click through personal profile and then it takes an age to load. Awful and not intuitive at all. Difficult to use to buy vouchers … just not a good app
So much value in one place
I love that there’s a no-frills overview of all the benefits I have access to. I don’t have to navigate across different website or platforms, and can manage my orders all in one place. It’s great that the customer service number is right there, to quickly answer any questions I have as well. Overall great experience

Autocomplete please
Please, please, please, please allow autocomplete and saving of payment details or at least Apple Pay. It is incredibly frustrating having to input my full name, email address (twice), full home address, phone number and full payment details every single time I buy a gift card in your app. The whole point of building an app is to make it user friendly and to make it easy to use. You are doing yourself a disservice and losing revenue because of this.

Frustrating app
Constant issues with this app. Never any issue accessing the Payroll Pay and Support & Wellbeing features but whenever I try to access the Lifestyle Savings - the part of the app that saves you money - the screen says there’s a network error and that I’m already signed in. So frustrating!!!!
Rubbish app user interface and slow
Out of all the employee rewards app this must be worst app I’ve ever used. Slow to login, random errors when loading pages - its not really an app but just feeds in pages from the website on some of its parts, can’t pay using credit card only debit cards this is probably to cut costs from card processing fees but actually this holds me back from spending my money on this platform - credit card payments should be offered. Smartspending app from Rewards Gateway is the gold standard please take some cues Vivup

Poor
Impossible to use. The app won’t even let me in anymore, I’m logged into my account and the screen just goes blank, no benefits available can’t click on anything. Got the latest version , tried deleting and reinstalling same problem.
Good app but crashes often
Like the last reviewer I have experienced the app logging me out when I go to the banking app to verify the payment. It would be helpful if this was fixed otherwise it makes the benefit of it unusable.
