Garbage
This app and website is straight garbage. I registered and set my password and all that but after the initial login you wont be able to login again. It tells you login or password is incorrect. Ive done this several times and definately know my password and login but it always does this. In short be prepared to ALWAYS reregister in order to login. Btw theres no i forgot my login name option and it always accepts me using the same email to reregister which is good but would be cause for someone accidentally using your email or misstyping theirs and it being yours or whatever and messing everything up. IF this app or website worked correctly in the first place.

App Does’t remember login/password
Probably one of the most worthless apps out there. The website also doesn’t work. You register, check the status of you vehicle then you try to log back in and it says it doesn’t recognize your email or your password is incorrect. This has happen to my twice. The website also doesn’t allow you to schedule appointments. Worthless.

Needs a serious fix
Reset password multiple times and still not able to log on. Keeps giving me the message that the password is incorrect. Horrible
Nice idea, glitch somewhere
Tells me my username/password are incorrect. I even changed the password and it still doesn’t work. Was never able to login using app.
Can’t register
Can’t register, getting big red error box after entering my information to register.
App does not work - Can’t log in
Keeps telling me I’m using the incorrect password after I’ve reset my password several times and still fails to log me in.. Would love the convenience of using the app but I have better luck on the website.
So annoying
I downloaded the app registered a new account and was able to log in, now after that first time, every time I try to log back in it says incorrect login information when I know I’m putting in the correct information, I’ve even reset my password several times
