I cannot log in from overseas
When I try to use my SingPass to log in, the OTP is not sent in a timely fashion. It expires within 2 minutes and I donโt receive it until 10 min later.
I cannot log in using the SingPass app. though it can recognize my facial features and identify me.
I am at my wits end as I wish to update my current address.
Please advise what I can do to make the change online possible. Thank you.

Remove the MOE grades from profile
Please remove that ASAP
Whoever championed putting grades on the App has lost touch with the average man on the street.
And we wonder why they lost another GRC...

โSubscriber Agreement Assurityโ link unreachable
As of today, 19/8/2020, I cannot upgrade without agreeing to the above agreement which I cannot reach. As a the sole provider for a NATIONAL authentication service that leads to a lot of vital government services, I would expect better diligence. Do the providers expect nobody to read them?
