Local View Quits
This app just like Hik-Connect quits unexpectedly on a local connection. We understand remote view has limitation’s but local should continue to run. Not sure why they won’t fix a basic feature of this app. Worked fine for some time then they decided to do a horrible update.
Offline frequently
This app is terrible. It is frequently offline where you can not see the cameras. I know it’s the app because when I look at the cameras through my tv they are always working even when the app isn’t. Don’t waste your time and find something that actually works properly.
Notifications
Not getting notifications for line or motion detection. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling this app but not helping. If was working fine but developers needs to look at this issue
Push notifications not working
Since a couple weeks ago , push notifications are only coming through when the app is open
Push Notifications Stopped
My push notifications have stopped for absolutely no reason. Deleted and redownloaded the App and still won’t work, all settings are on for notifications and no settings have been changed, just no push notifications on iPhone. Rebooted entire system and still nothing. In app it shows motion alerts but no actual push notifications come through. Please revise and update!

Issue with latest upgrade?
Not getting any notifications (including badges) even though turned on in notification settings. Have tried to reinstall with no luck.
Push notifications stopped completely
Was working great until a few days back. Now the push notifications have stopped. I can still see the notifications within the app. But without the push notifications, it’s useless as a security system. Please fix.
No notifications
I keep trying to click on activating the option to receive notifications for every time there is any movement in my home but it’s not letting me all it says is operation failed. Other than that the app is great but would make my life easier if I can have the notifications.

Good but could be better
The App is great for the basics but does not allow full functionality over the camera. For example, you can’t set up an area for the motion sensor to activate the camera. You need to plug a monitor into the hard drive for this. It also only allows you to playback at 1X speed even though there are options for faster playback speeds. I had 14 hours of footage to review because it was recording everything for some reason.
The playback footage is very clear and the app reacts well and rarely crashes.
