This App is now being phased out and is no longer being updated but will be available in the App store for the forseeable future. There is a brand new App available by searching "Aurora AOne" in the App store. The new App has a more intuitive user inteface that uses Spaces to control your smart Devices and has additional features not found in this older App. The installation and setup of a smart system has been improved as has the general App and overall system performance.

This release contains support for our new and exciting battery wall dimmer that gives you the ability to control your smart lights anywhere without the need for cables in the wall. We have also included better support for voice control as well as some background updates in preparation for a major new UI release coming in November which we can't wait to share with you.

This release of the AOne App has new overlays for brightness, colour temperature and RGB colour support as well as support for the new Aurora smart plug and battery wall dimmer coming out soon. It is now possible to cycle through the RGB colours at a Device or Space level. We have also used the time to improve initial hub acquiring and pairing of devices following user feedback.

This release of the Aurora AOne app extends the functionality of the PIR and window/door sensors including better timeout support and PIR lux level control; adds a lock to the Double Socket; gives the user the option to switch off the wall dimmer LED. There are also improvements in how to pair the kinetic switch and some general bug fixes. Finally the system can now be extended over multiple areas as we introduce support for multiple AOne hubs on the same account.

In combination with smart scheduling and new sensor types, you can automate your home, triggering your favourite scenes at different times of day, or when you enter your home, or office, to make your spaces intelligent. You can now have multiple events set for the same device making the setup of your building even more flexible. Recall your preset scenes and configurations at a touch of a button from anywhere, whether you’re sitting at home, or out at work, or with friends. Supporting Amazon Alexa, you can ask her to turn your devices on or off and trigger your favourite scenes. Switching on lighting has never been so much fun.
