Thank you for using the hubNashville mobile app. With an increased usage of over 400% per year since it was launched in 2018, we recognize the need to continually update the app to bring new functionality to the mobile space. This update primarily focuses on image and video uploading from the app users' perspective, but also contains major backend infrastructure updates that will allow the hubNashille mobile app to continue to function optimally on the newest Mobile Operating Systems. In order to make the Request creation process more convenient, we have added a couple of new media upload features we hope you will enjoy: - When submitting a Request, you can now choose saved images from your phone's photo library. You are no longer limited to only submitting live photos. - When submitting a Request, you can now upload videos where you were previously limited to only uploading photos. - When reviewing your previously submitted Requests in the My Requests section, if those Requests contained an image or a video, you can now add additional images and/or videos if you like. Under the Hood: - The entire mobile platform has been upgraded to accommodate the newest and, to some degree, future Mobile Operating Systems.

We have spent the last several months working to resolve the two major bugs that you, our users, have been reporting and added a couple of enhancements along the way. These issues were particularly difficult to resolve, but thanks to all the feedback and the information you provided, we were able to construct a clear picture of the issue and are happy to announce that we have been able to resolve them both. - Bug 1: The LocateMe map function was frequently remembering the last location from which you opened your last request and was not updating the map to your current location. This has been resolved and the map will now always show your current location as reported by the Google Maps locator. - Bug 2: When attempting to create a request, the hubNashville app would frequently hang on the last screen and the user would experience an infinitely spinning wheel. The only way to resolve this was to force quit the app and launch it again. This has been resolved and the spinning wheel now only spins while the request is being submitted and the process completes successfully. Force quitting the app is no longer required and all attempts to create new requests have been successful. - Enhancement 1: We have added a version number to the bottom of the left menu, to help identify which version is installed on the device. - Enhancement 2: The My Account section below the menu will now allow you to show a Phone and a Mobile phone number - Enhancement 3: We have updated the entire application framework to make it easier provide future enhancements.

  • Worthless

Have made about 30 different complains on this app due to parking and crime related issues. Absolutely nothings ever done. I just get a email saying that the case has been closed about 2 minutes later. No cops ever come. Relying on nashville police for anything but being shot and dying is pointless.
  • Amazing

I have made multiple reports for issues around the city. It has been great. The city is responsive and resolved the issues I reported. They resolved them more quickly than even expected. The app isn’t perfect. Sometimes it won’t let me select the hamburger menus on the left side. But the system is great and I’d use it again. I think this app could use some minor improvements to make it easier to navigate but honestly it’s been good overall.
  • Bad service

What’s app for ? I have reporting missing to pick up my garbage can the person answering phone she was very mean she told we will not sand anyone and she told me do you need anything else bye
