Not working after update
Bnb changed their logo, and since the app had to be updated. It isn’t working at all. Can’t log in
Late OTP message
Mpay is a great app but sms doesn’t come instantly. So the OTP comes late and the page we need to use OTP is already expired by the time we get the sms. Can something be done about it please?
Can’t View Loan Account Details
Every time I try checking loan details, it takes around a minute to process and displays nothing, except for “Label” for all fields. Very poor performance overall compared to mBoB.

The app logged me out after I updated it and now it’s asking me to visit the branch Again, what’s the use of App if it’s needs us to visit the bank manually .. if it’s meant to be online, make everything online not mixed and confusing…
Worst connection
Most of the time it doesn't get connected and makes it harder to avail the service. The connection is the worst
