I am yet to receive my account statement. Have contacted them on Facebook (BNB page). No response.

I don’t understand why BNB can’t send account statement immediately.

Transfer to other banks is annoying. It’s high time for BNB to give bank statements immediately as it takes days to receive. Horrible service.
mPay
My iPhone was updated to iOS 10.3.3 for the last & final time & it is not compatible with this new mPay version designed for iOS 11 or later. This means I have to buy a new phone to run this app & I think it will be cheaper to migrate to mBob. Thanks
