Doesn’t work
Currently locked outside my hotel room. The app cheerily tells me the door is unlocked, the locked door suggests otherwise.

I don’t write many app reviews, but I haven’t used an app this bad for a long time.
On an iPhone 12 the passport scan doesn’t work, I managed to use the id scan instead. Took ages to enter the nationality as the drop down list has just shot every country in the world, but isn’t in alphabetical order!
I only have 3 people travelling but it is asking for 4 sets of ids, and there is no way to complete the check in without 4 ids.

Works as advertised
I used this app to get in to an apt (similar to airbnb). I registered using my id and a photo, host sent me an invite code, and then entrance to the property was flawless. No issues whatsoever. Would use again.
Slow and doesn’t work
The app is slow and only works when the wifi is on in the house, and the wifi kept turning off so we was locked at the house a number of times.

Better than expected
I wa intimidated by the reviews but the app went way smoother for me than it did for the other reviewers. And day to day it was perfect for accessing the apartment.

Total waste of my time, have cancelled the hotel will stay elsewhere.
It won’t install on my iPhone.
Although my iOS version is later than the minimum (11) that they say is required.
I’m going to have to borrow someone’s phone to be able to stay at the Airbnb we have booked which is using this app as checkin and doorkey.

Nightmare of an app
This app needs to be redone or reprogram, something is not right with the scanner, What a waste of time. It took 2 hours of trying to be able to check in.

Struggles to recognise images of passport photos and drivers licences. Especially if documents have shiny security features.
Makes for an impractical and stressful check in experience.
We won’t be booking any accommodation that insists on use of this app.

A truly horrible app
The process of check-in with its super fussy scanning of your documents like passport, identity card will have you so angry youll want to throw your phone across the room. It literally expects you to be able to hold your phone with millimeter precision to capture the photo. It took a full 30mins to check in with this disaster of an app for three people. I never want to use this app ever again and will actively try to avoid airbnbs that use it. Hoping and praying that opening the door of the airbnb isnt as painful when we get there...
