Awful app - doesn’t work
It cannot read passports, cannot match a face to the passport photo, asks you to match your signature, everything about it takes far longer to do than to actually check into a real hotel. Beware if the hotel charges for cancellation because these robot hotels don’t even have human help desks - even the response is by robot and doesn’t work. So essentially this app doesn’t work and hoteliers should beware that removing the check-in desk clerk means you remove the ability of most countries to stay with you. If you’re a drug dealer or pimp, this is the way for you, maybe, to be able to avoid anyone human…

Got stuck outside
App takes very long to set up for each person because the face scans are slow and often give errors. our family of 5 took about an hour to set up the app. it worked OK for one night. the next day we got stuck outside and had to knock on the front door for the neighbors to open it for us. then we call the number for the apartment to open. huge waste of time.

Too many bugs
Nice idea, but too many bugs to be a reliable replacement for in person check in and communication. The app did not display the necessary information about the property properly and was constantly freezing.
