If I could give 0 starts I would. It’s the 3rd time in a row now when I book a taxi in the morning in advance for 4-5 P.M through the app and the taxi didn’t show up. When I called them, they said that they are fully booked, and when I told them that I booked it more than 5 hours in advance they were speechless and said it will take about 20 minutes to get a taxi. I’ve had times when I would book the taxi one night in advance to go to work, just to make sure I am on time, and they were more than 10 minutes late. THE WORST customer service ever. Wouldn’t bother. I’ve been using them for years, and the treatment I have had recently is absolutely disgusting. Taxis are nearly always late, or don’t bother coming at all. I have now been late 3 times for work in the past 2 weeks, and they don’t care. Avoid. Never using again.snarfles81

Big advertising board outside Colchester station.
You download the app, tell them your location fir a cab. It just keeps loading and they have no cabs available anywhere in Colchester.

ONE OF THE WORST TAXI COMPANIES & APP MADE
Out of the 3 bookings I have made in advanced, 2 of them are always late. You can try calling the operators/staff but I wouldn’t recommend them either- some of them need training in customer service because they are the one of, if not, THE WORST in that aspect. They keep cancelling my ride and the driver they assign keeps changing. In one occasion, I was dropped off at the wrong location and was pressured to pay twice to which I called the operator to try to resolve but was told to contact again 4 days later (Monday) because they don’t have a manager in to sort it out the day I called which was a Thursday.Show lessghiee.dimples

Pretty poor that one can’t add a credit card to the app. Panther seem to require the late 18th century technique of having something called “an account”. How quaint.Mungo5

Used your app for first time last night (previously used Hawaii) and booked two taxis. First one booked for a set time and it turned up exactly on time. Second one was 3am and we only had to wait 5 minutes for it. Well done Panther cabs, both drivers extremely polite and both good value for money. App very easy to use. Will definitely use again.
