THE ENTIRE APP CHANGED
What the actual crap.
It used to be a game where you opened the app, and immediately could play. You’d pick how many are playing, pick the year range for songs, then listened to the clip and then guess the song and artist, it was fun to play on road-trips. NOW, it’s completely different, it forces you to add your phone number, forces you to give access to your contacts before you can move forward, then it requires you to invite friends to play with you and you can’t go any further past that.

Disappointed
I don’t like this new Faceoff. I liked playing song quiz cause I could play other people when my son didn’t play cause he was bored with it cause we couldn’t against each other living in 2 different states. Now this new version wants me to connect and chat with my contacts. This is not going to work for me cause no one in my contacts are going to want to play this game. Why do you have to make it so difficult for people who are not tech savvy? 🤨Show lessnot tech davvy mom
The songs
When you first start playing its really fun and enjoyable but after playing it more then 3 times there are no new songs. You already know every song that it plays. The need to update the game and add more songs for each decade. It would also be more enjoyable if they had music from the past year or two.Show lesslidpoopcan
Problem
I enjoy this game very much. But today after a bit of an absence I cannot get it. Keeps asking me what friends I want to ask! I never had to do that before. I tried deleting and readd but it is still doing it. I am disappointed!Pross740
Fun app
I’ve been having fun with the app for the past 2 to 3 days but now all of a sudden it shuts down in the middle of the game and I’m not able to finish it. Not sure if it’s a bug or what’s going on but now I don’t want to play it anymoreWant2LoseWt
Enjoying Song Quiz
Really enjoying playing Song Quiz. Overall I rate the app and experience high, but two things for you…
Would be nice to reduce the time it takes to start a new game or when signing in to play a new game.
Also, have had a couple songs where the answers were correct but come back as wrong. One song in particular it has now happens multiple times…’80’s, Broken Wings by Mr Mister. Always says wrong for the artist. Just thought I’d you have one example of this May fix it for any other songs with same issue.

Misses the mark
The voice command only feature is actually more of a nuisance than a help. In an effort to be more accessible it actually was kinda inaccessible. A few buttons for controls, pauses, leader board would actually make this fun. Needing to know my location seemed and ultimately was unnecessary as pretty much everyone made something up. The game is repetitive and there are no milestones to help make the progress meaningful. More specific categories by genre would make this a little more fun, but really the incentive to keep playing dies after having to listen to the same voiceover more than 3 times.

Way the app could be better
The app could be much better by instead of me having to say my answer with the mic I could just type it in because the mic pics up random people in the background and ruins my answerLevi._.w

So glad I randomly found this name that time game. No annoying ads. Super addicting! Made the end of road trip so much better. Will definitely recommend to friends!pkang13
Needs more songs!
This game is really fun to play with friends but there needs to be more songs! Me and my friends like to play together but every time we play we get the same songs over and over again and it gets boring. Also needs to add more genres from the different eras!
