Always deliver on time but never put the note with it
I live in the U.K. and use this store to send wine to my friends. The wine is always delivered as scheduled but the shop never puts the note I have written out with it. This has happened everytime I used them. My friends message now and ask ‘Did you sent this?’ It’s really disappointing. I would give a 5 star’s if they could just manage this part of the order, as when it’s a gift it’s important
