Rubbish app, badly maintained
Sends out blank permits - have complained many times, but non-existent customer support. Makes me wonder what they’re spending all the service charge money on.darkerhorse
Update has broken it
Since the update the app is now effectively useless, no access to amenity bookings, NOCs etc and can’t even raise a support ticket in it to report the issues!Londongirl1000001
Very frustrating
After the late ‘new’ updates had taken the app offline for considerable time, the easy nature of the previous app has been lost.
It’s impossible to update information, the quick ‘one click minor NOC’ is now a tedious email ‘only answered in working hours’ (yet to see the time scale on that!) and no documents are showing on my property.
