Changed phones and it now says I don’t have a property. Calls, emails and even a direct email to COO ignored. They do not care about customer service.Luke Dubai
App is crashing
On different occasions app is crashing and I am not able to complete my requests. Service request that I previously submitted over the phone are not showing in the app. Previously uploaded personal and property documents vanished and needed to be uploaded again. Lots of bugs in general and poor customer service overall.Show lessDax81
Useless app ever
I spend the last year on calls to try and get myself logged because they say to me this is the easier way to stay up to date with my property. And now the app does not even do anything yet and invoices were sent by email nowioannou500
Doesn’t download documents tried several times

But it does not even let you register.

Doesn’t let you get past registration page
You have bugs that need fixing in order for this app to actually be of any benefit. It’s does allow you to even get past Registration page.. great idea but with the bugs it’s pointlessWhitesnr
