Real Connect is poor and frustrating
The Real Connect app is primitive and does not reflect the actual JBR property I own. Instead, it gives me details of other JBR apartments that I have nothing to do with. Thus, I cannot make payment or use the app for any other than general knowledge. Called support several time but they were unhelpful. Good luckShow lessNot good
BadPoor layout and Payment integration
Adding more frustration. The Realconnect app never works. Unstable app with extremely poor integration with the payment gateway. There are times when the app is not able to retrieve the property details. Their technology team needs to seriously work on this and improve the customer experience!Nothing works
Wrong units. 7 months and the issue cannot be solved. Extremely poor customer service.

Unfortunately after some hope that the app was starting to improve it all falls apart and is now again simply unusable.
- Takes almost two mins to just load.
- Once it finally loads it doesn’t connect
- The most useful feature of getting a minor works permit now doesn’t automatically create the permit and instead tells me I’ll get a call back.
I could go on but it’s simply pointless.

You cannot do anything in this app, no community support such as booking a tennis court or a basket ball court … etc.

The app works sometimes good. But lately it needs for update and more information with regards to the changes that DP are doing. For every community there should be a specific button/ information. Further there is no update on your service charges or any other charges you have submittedMydp online app.
The system is not working properly.
Account statement is not there.
No update.
No body is responding to your inquiries.
