Zero accurate descriptions for seats
When getting seats for the Coke Zero sugar 400 there was no description of the individual seats that were selected they were described as seats with no further information. However when attending the event as we went to go to those “seats” we realized as we went to go sit down that the tickets located us in the disabled seating section and our seats were actually wheelchair spaces. There needs to be more information about the seats that you are selecting so incidents like this don’t occur.Show lessWorst service

Horrible experience with both the app and the company. Surprised they are still in business. Expect your tickets to not load or not even show in the app and the bouncer / event staff to get mad that you can’t pull it up in time.Legitimately the worst experience
I’ve been trying to buy tickets for an F1 race for a week now. I bought them through the Venmo option on checkout, my card and Venmo were charged. I haven’t received confirmation for my tickets and when I emailed customer service I was told to clear my cache and try again. There’s no customer service number or anything. We literally got tickets through work. Everything verified. My phone broke and I had to get a new one. Logged in to try to get the ticket info again but nothing is there. It’s all gone.Run Away
One day before the event still no tickets
All customer service tells me is that I should have the tickets…. But I don’t …. Total garbageFaster notifications ?
They should have an automated service when it comes to emailing you about tickets and verifying your info… not sure if it’s done by a person or a bot… but if it’s a bot then it should be faster…Won’t allow login
TrashDumpster fire service
Don’t understand why any apps like Ticketmaster and any sporting events pair with this dumpster fire service. Firstly you can’t create an account in the app. Secondly, when you create an account through the website, they send you a verification code rather than having you set up a password, so you still can’t access the app with that account (wonder which genius programmers worked on this project). Then you try to get reset codes sent to your email, just for you to not receive any of the codes no matter how many times you press resend code. Didn’t receive any confirmations to my emails for the tickets I redeemed through Costco and have no clue if they’re going to show up on my account at all. If nothing shows up, I just got scammed of a hundred bucks. What an awful serviceShow lessUnusable
