Useless
This app is utterly useless! You can even log on! Before it was better at least u can use it to track your packages, now it doesn’t do anything! Uninstalling!

I installed the app but its useless. If there is only below 1 star, I would rate zero star.
Completely worthless
Can’t even register. Been trying for over a month.
App Never Worked
Still trying to login after several attempts in various days, weeks, months and years. It never worked. It just keeps on spinning endlessly.
Dead app?
Trying to register after installing the LBC Connect app. It sends verification code to my email. I type in the number but the process ends right there! It leaves the user in limbo!
Don’t waste your time
This app is useless. If you are shipping boxes with LBC be prepared to call into support for status. They seldom respond to emails and the info on the website itself is unreliable.
Tracking? What tracking
When this app was first released it worked but has got progressively worse, tracking boxes was good now it’s guesswork .
The app doesn’t work
Oh my God, such a frustrating application. An update is needed, but I guess the creator is not reading our comments which are (pros and cons) to improve the application. Seems like they don’t have customer care.
