Does absolutely nothing
You can pick a photo and select a filter and then the progress circle fills out to 99% and essentially stops.

Probably because it hasn't been updated in several years. Not sure what it's supposed to do (blend?) but the "circle" never completes; hence, app is useless.BAR112
