New version is HORRIBLE!
I used to love this app, we use it for all of our product photography across multiple stores. The recent overhaul has made it unusable. Less features, the photos look terrible. I have tried everything, but they ruined this app. I am now desperately seeking an alternative. Also it will no longer sync with older GemLight boxes.

Don’t update!!
This most recent update has completely rendered my lightbox and turntable and other accessories useless because it won’t connect to Bluetooth at all. This is UNACCEPTABLE considering how much I paid for all this. This better be fixed soon!
Poor customer experience.
### Caution to Buyers The light box and its accompanying software are a scam. The accessories are cheaply made and break after a few uses. When I requested a replacement, they wanted to charge $50 for each plastic holder. After purchasing the system for nearly $3,000, I was informed of an additional $199 monthly subscription fee required after just one year of use. They also offer a "lifetime plan" for another $3,000, totaling $6,000 for a system available on Amazon for $600. Their customer service is even worse. I received a call from Darius regarding the light box, informing me that they would shut down my access to the program unless I paid an additional $3,000. I mentioned that I didn’t need the AI features but required the Shopify integration. He said that it was all part of the package, rendering my light box useless. His response was, "If you can’t afford it, that’s ok." I am extremely disappointed with this level of poor customer service.

Used to be good
Each update gets worse. Color quality and the force auto coloration in eclipse mode. I can’t turn it off and it makes everything extreme purple and green. It’s extremely frustrating. I spend more time having to correct each photo on the computer.

Clunky and Logs Out All the Time
This app is awful. It needs to be calibrated at least once/week or the white balance is off or everything is green and it logs out multiple times/day, even while taking a picture. Please fix the log out issue and make adjustments to the other issues.
iPhone 14
The photos and videos thru this app are blurry and do not focus since I upgraded my phone. App was better and clear on the iPhone 12. The “calibrate” function doesn’t do anything.
The quality if the pics is not good enough to be on a Website
I bought the gemlight pro a almost 2 years a ago and to take pics and videos for the website i was building. The quality of the pic if you do zoom get distortion something thats is very important for the a client that is buying through an internet. I received the same emails from different customer support with the same tips to have a better results. Actually I have the newest version of the iPhone 14 pro and still have the same results. Apparently they do that because Picu Media is trying to sell you more stuff, like the new camera and the Hub app and the pics edit service it is $5 each picture. The new camera that is not going to be available until September they did not even demonstrate on the show if that resolve the resolution problem. I ask for a pic example to confirm the quality of what they are promoting on the JCK and they did not sent me anything. Also they did not have any integration with Bigcommerce and they did not mentioned never. Uf you need this for a website DONT BUY THIS.
