Ignored by support; trouble importing, holdings, transferring
I have enjoyed Enjin and been impressed by their service until recently. I have been trying to transfer Bitcoin for over a week and was speaking with a customer service representative but have now been ignored for days despite multiple customer support claims.
If someone from Enjin helps me I’ll take down this review!
My Bitcoin wallet inaccurately says it hold more than it does. There is a glitch. Also I cannot send Bitcoin, it seems like it does but then says pending until it disappears. Also when I look up the transfer hash online nothing comes up. So there is a glitch with my wallet, showing the inaccurate Bitcoin holding and I cannot transfer any out.Show lessdudeshred

I got on this app when it first came out. Got some free NFTs and while my wallet is still visible on my device my password is mysteriously wrong, despite using a password manager and having verified it multiple times. I have tried everything but no luck. It seems to me like this wallet lures you in with promises then punishes you if you don’t pay. Prove me wrong devs. I know who crypto works, so my NFTs are lost forever. Which is ok because they were giveaways and probably worthless. But let this be a warning for other users. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone.Show lessCeaddl

My first wallet so still getting used to it. The reason I rated 5 stars, is the customer support is excellent. No waiting 2 or 3 days for a reply, they have resolved my issues in 20 minutes. Would not hesitate to recommend.crypto hoddler
QR scanning is nice but wallet is useless
Wen staking? Until staking is available Enjin is a dead project. I’m confident that I’m not alone in that statement. Team continues to release products and features that people did not ask for. Most just want to be able to delegate their assets but the community desires seem to fall on deaf ears.Show lesst welc

I had issues transferring some coins and reached out to their support team for help. I was honestly stressing a bit about it but they were able to quickly resolve the problem.BT365123
Zero ENJ balance after upgrade to 2.0
My address on blockchain explorer still shows all of my ENJ. After upgrading the wallet to 2.0 it just shows JENJ with zero balance and no ENJ option at the same wallet address.
Edit: took awhile but it appears properly now.usnhobbz
