Can’t even create account
I came to a screen immediately upon adding the app which asked me to fill in a user name and password. It offered no place to create an account. So I enter my user name that I want and a password I chose. It doesn’t recognize if, of course. I have deleted and reinstalled and same thing. I can’t past the first screen. The company you are trying to log into needs to provide the username/password needed to log into the app. There is a link they can provide so you can register with them if you don't already have an account. Chances are you do have an account, but it is possible they do not have login credentials. Try clicking the "Forgot Password" link at the bottom of the entering your email address into the field. If you exist in the system, you will get an email showing your username associated with that email address and a button to reset the password to one of your choosing.Booking amd canceling
Super easy to book your own boarding, grooming, or daycare appointments. You don’t have to call and give all your info. Just open the app and book. If you have to cancel it’s just as easy just click and done. You have to register online but once you’re registered you can use the app.paddea

Horrible app
Reset password doesn’t work. Who is going to remember a password to a pet app. Reset the password twice now and won’t recognize updated password.
Also, when logging in on app there is no register only log in info.

Hi 1jlar1! Make sure to contact your pet facility to find out if they are opted into the PetExec mobile app. If they aren't subscribed to the mobile app, you won't be able to access the app. If the facility is opted into the app, you will be able to sign in with your username and password. It is case sensitive so be sure that you aren't adding any spaces when you sign in. We have you use credentials to sign in for security reasons. We want to keep your information safe! I can’t figure this thing out. I can’t figure out how to register. The Log In page comes up but no option for registering in the first place. Can’t get settings to come up. Something comes up about saving the “company name” but I don’t know what that means. My groomer sent an email to download this app so I can notify them from the car when I arrive but I can’t make any sense of it. What am I missing? Help!Show lessMurr49

Hi Murr49! Please contact your pet facility which you are currently registered with to find out if they are opting in to the PetExec Mobile app service. If they are, you would be able to download this app, sign in with your username and password to utilize the app. If they aren't subscribed to this app, you won't be able to access the app. I hope that this helps!Almost very good
This app just doesn't quite adapt to the iPhone screen (I'm using iPhone 8 plus w/ ios 13.4.1). Words and text boxes are slightly askew making it a bit awkward. I'm sure it's a simple fix though!Durapax

As an employee I can’t even get past the Pet Parent Portal pop up when I try to login and the app is loading. It’s an endless repeating cycle.Veirix

Tried using my login and password for petexec (which always works on the desktop) and it forces me to try to login through the puppy parent portal I believe it was called? Anyway, there’s no option to actually login because when I click that it sends me back to the first login screen and the process just repeats itself. Help please! First of all let me start of by saying this is a phenomenal app that made scheduling my grooming appointments a breeze!!!! My groomer requested vaccines and I just uploaded my dog’s shot recorded to my account and I was all set for my appointment! Not only that but I could even schedule my boarding appointments all in the same app!!! I even received an email about my upcoming appointments!Show lessgabbyhere
