Unavoidable update creates problem
In this app everything is okay except the compulsory update system. Once upon a time I had to withdraw from Bkash but unfortunately was extremely unable to update because of poor internet connection. There should be an option "update later" and logging so that I can fulfill my need for a while.

Bkash is most important service in Bangladesh, when I was stay in kolkata, I face the problem to transfer money to others, I thought if bkash service start their business in india this company will grow up very quickly..

Hear is no updates but when I open bkash app this app shows me newer version available...

Sorry for the inconvenience. If you can not update then you are uninstall the bkash then reinstall again
Didn’t get any updated but Can’t open app due to New version

Account settings
All of ur features are good but not happy with ur account settings. Like i have two bkash accounts but i use only one smartphone...so I can’t use the two accounts at a time...it’s horrible...so u should focus on it and make the settings so that we can use two or more accounts in one smartphone....like at the starting we have to give our pin number above it there is showing account number...make the account number section editing system...so that we can give our other bkash account number n pin number..make sure this changes in ur next update.. thank you

Problem with location is solved....
‘’Sorry! bKash app is accessible only from Bangladesh’’. Shows every time the msg when I open this app...though i set my location Bangladesh...

ok i get it things more simple now
but we need this app offline mode cause there is no wifi everywhere in Bangladesh. most wifi user doesn’t plan for mobile data, so i think if you guys can make this app offline things will be much easier. thanks. : )

Almost Perfect
I’ve been waiting for so long to have this app in my phone. I am extremely happy to see that I can now operate my bKash account without having to deal with all the USSD codes and just simply tap away from the app! However, it would be perfect if a biometric login (Touch ID / Face ID) was used instead of having me type in the PIN every time I open the app.

Good app but needs improvement
One of the key improvement could be adding more than one account.
Second improvement could be, ability to make online and international payment.

Touch id
Every single thing is good and perfect but there should be an option to login and make payment with touch id instead of using pin again and again. With touch id it will be more easier to login and send money whatever and also much more efficient. As every single ios device have touch id scanner so it can be an option.
