A poorly designed UI/UX
- the home screen is too cluttered now. Instead of showing all these icons, the main screen should have been minimal - showing just 3 or 4 most used features.
- icons are poorly designed. Itโs difficult to tell what they do just by looking at the icons. You might as well just use text labels. The color of the icons do not stand out either.
This is undesired from a company like bKash. Hire a good designer to design the app. Seriously!

You won't get any SMS for any kind of outgoing transaction done through the bKash app. Please check your account statement from your bKash app and you will get the details regarding all your transactions.
Very poor User experience
1st some icon doesnโt tell the whole story about the service, 2nd there is no edit option for my saved payments! And also no delete option either!
If your developer is that bad with app designing, pls feel free to contact me I am a software developer!

2ndly sometimes altering my phone number and hit enter, it says โ there is an error, try againโ
