Help

I love using these app, but suddenly i got some problem. I already installed BKash on my device but unfortunately it was uninstalled and now i can install it :( . When i hit on that cloud button its loads and nothing happens.

Same Amount Limit Issue

Please Fix the Limit Issue for same amount. Whenever i try to pay my internet bill for several connections i cant make payment.

The best user friendly Mobile Banking App!

I am very much happy to share my positive feedback about bKash; mobile banking, the application & the overall system as well. I have registered my personal account since Brac launched its mobile banking service.

There’s no doubt about the banking system, I simply love everything about it and also, the system got so much easier eventually. I actually wanted bKash to lunch Mobile Application so that I can manage my banking stuffs in more comfortable way. The application seems to be very user-friendly/ looks great, and also very much easier to operate.

Thank you for providing the best service and hats off to all the hard working officials of bKash Ltd for making bKash look brand new with new theme and for adding self registration feature.

**In addition, I would like to suggest that there should be an option for providing Passport as a document because I have registered my account through my passport as I didn’t get my NID or the Card Number. I have seen most of the people having issues while registering an account; using parents or relative’s NID which I completely do not support at all. I would really appreciate if you look forward to this matter and add more features to the new bKash app. Once again, congratulations and best wishes for future. Thank you.

Need gift card buying option

I’m using it since many years and about every features i need is present without the option of buying a gift card option. When you release this new app I thought that could be in it. However I suggest to give the option of buying gift card. Please..... And yeah subscriptions of online steaming site.

Positive but..

Yeas of course using bkash in a app made transferring money making payment now more easier. App all features are good. But the last updated app design is not good. Previous version had smart design smart and simple look.
Now app features like send money, cash out etc are looking a bit complex not looking simple. I want the previous version’s design and look

People can create a bKash account on their own and a QR scan button below the home screen has also been added which allows you to do transactions easily. You will be able to know the current offers and promotions available for you.

iPad Compatibility

It ought to be an utter shame for the owners of bKash that the app, even almost at the end of 2019, is still not customized for use on the iPad. The interface covers only half the screen on iPad which looks horrible and is really irritating.

Since it is obvious that lack of fund is not at all an obstacle for bKash (Brac Bank) and that the developers surely are more than capable to do it, the logical conclusion is that the only thing responsible for this failure is goodwill and oversight.

Wish both the owners and developers of bKash would step up and do something to solve this dire issue.

Need to improve this Apps

This time update is too many change and it’s good but the biggest problem is i have 2 Bkash accounts when i need to login my other number every time i need uninstall this apps and need download again it’s disgusting 😡 please need to solve this problem otherwise it’s lose your popularity from your customer. You need to add a new option like add one or more account can use at same phone .

Need Face ID

So far my experience is really good. But I think typing the pin every time makes me bore and I feel like I don’t wanna type this boring pin that much time.
I’ll prefer this to sync with my Face ID like PayPal does. So I won’t type the pin again and again. 4 star is given and I’m reserving 1 star for the Face ID. When I’ll see the Face ID syncing I’ll update the review.
