Features request (Face ID & MasterCard bill)

Your app is great and i love using it, but it lacks a couple of features like Face ID login and MasterCard bill. It will be really appreciated if you add Face ID for login. It’s painful and time consuming to type the passcode every time i try to use the app. And, I’d love to pay my MasterCard bills from bKash but there’s no option for that. Hopefully you’ll add MasterCard bill support.

Amex Card Bill

On the last update in ios it was mentioned that we will be able pay our Amex Card bill through Bkash. But when I went to pay bill service option there was no option for Amexcard. Please look into this.

Reset Pin .

I have been trying to reset my Bkash PIN for the last couple of weeks but I could not talk to your call center nor customer care persons . Every time you have been giving excuses of short man power due to Corona pandemic crisis. I fact during this crisis customer needs more support from Bkash which you have failed to realize . This is unprofessional & unexpected from company like Bkash . Please take immediate action as to sort out my problem like many others . You can’t sleep on peoples money this is unlawful . Thanks.

Need some improvements

The interface of the app is good without any doubt. But the good looking home screen is actually not well organised. More important icons and less important icons, both are given equal priority to show on the home screen.
The rates of transaction fees should be mentioned within the app under an easily accessible menu.
Moreover bKash might have started to charge more for cash out without any prior notice (as per my experience).

Add money from ViSa Card

Hi Develper,
First of all Thanks for providing add money from Visa card. But I am facing problem regarding card information saving issue. As there is a option for saving card information in order to avoiding putting info for every transactions but in my apps I have to put all card details on every transaction although i have saved my card before.
I hope, you will be concern and solve it as soon as possible.

Needs Improvement

There should be an option for changing phone number in the login page. Each time i need to ise another bkash account,I have to delete the app and reinstall it which is very painful and kills time.

Access from abroad

Hello we are living abroad and we can’t access this app,if we access then we can easily send money,pay bill or buy tickets by using our visa or MasterCard...so I request to developer pls make accessible this apps via email registration system...if u need more security we can give our passport details also...

App closing instantly

What happened to the app, this is the first time I found something wrong with bKash app. It is closing instantly when trying to open. Please fix this as soon as possible.

This problem has already fixed.
