Such a great app developed by BKash team! But its a shame that accessing account from outside Bangladesh is not allowed.
BKash Higher management and Policy makers should ponder on this untapped opportunity to reach even higher customer satisfaction. Requesting to take necessary steps to provide access BKash account from overseas.

Need help .

I was using bkash app since 2018.i October i got updates from bkash app and now I can't use Bkash app in my iphone 5. My ios version is 10.3 and we have no further software updates...

Can you please make a way to use your bkash in previous versions of ios .

I want really want to use your Bkash app.

Problem with updated version

After updating bKash app I have been facing problem with opening the services. It is requiring many more touches to open the services, taking more time than usual or it is much slower and less friendly than the earlier version. I don’t know whether other users are facing the same problem like me, or any one has reported of the problem with the updated app. You are requested to suggest me the reason to face such problem and it’s remedial measures. Problem about logging in Bkash App

I am having problem to log in the Bkash App. It’s showing Bkash App is only available for Bangladeshi users. I am in Bangladesh and last logged in the app on 24th September. I uninstalled the app and again installed it but problem not resolved. Can you help regarding this?

Problem issue

My phone 6+. When open the app. My phone work very slowly. Its not games app. So pls optimize the app. Thats problem not only for me. Many people suffer. So plz... kindly optimize the app. Thank you.

Keeps Crashing

When all other applications in my phone works smoothly , this one keeps crashing almost all the time I want to open. Then it requires a restart to open the app, and after using the first attempt, it starts to crash again. I think this issue should be taken into account.

Issues after the update.

After the last update, on my iPhone 6s plus, it is incredibly slow and/or very low frame rate. You need to optimise and test app properly before release. This is not a game or recreational app. This is kind of serious banking. You can’t suddenly drop certain user with old phone without notice due to the type of app it is. Also when I pay my visa card bill, I have to pay info every single time, no save option. When I bring money from the card, save option works just fine. Regards.

Billing Issues

The app is good and all but problem with the billing services. Even though a lot of people have installed prepaid electric meters there is no option for westzone prepaid system. Also paying internet bills of Amber it through the app is not recognisable. After paying through the app we still have to call their help line to inform them of the transaction.

I really liked the app and appreciate it. but still I want to give you some suggestions. don’t just stay inside the boundary of internal brac bank payment system.. upgrade and develope other payment system also..
