Some issues

For iOS devices with Home Bar raise the keyboard above the home bar so accidental Home Bar press can be avoided when trying to press Zero button (this one is really annoying). And use the numaric keyboard for for bill number entry instead of full keyboard for easier number entry.

Very Bad application I have ever seen

No option to save credit card bill payment account,All of bank cards charged 2% for Add money to BKash expect Brac bank. If I pay bill American Express credit card and then add money to BKash when I needed it’s cost 1% for bill payment and 2% costs for add money and 2% costs for Cashout total near about 5% charged costs total processing. It’s really disappointed😡

It was working fine so far. but the last few days whenever trying to log into it. it’s just showing “something went wrong. please reload the apps”. Then I’ve to delete apps from my phone, reinstall n reset my profile. I’ve to face some extra PARA when it is iPhone. it’s really a matter of disappointing from such any professional apps like bKash. Losing confidence as a customer. I’d like to request the authority please remove the bugs from it and make it easy and usable.

User friendly app!!

I wasn’t really sure if i should open a bkash account. But seems like it’s really useful these days. I love the way it works. I have one suggestion though. As i have to put my pin in the app everytime I open it. Can you guys add auto fill or fingerprint recognition for pin too? I think it will be really convenient for the users because we have to put the pin in public. And you don’t know if someone is peeking at your phone. Please look into it. Thanks!

The app UI flickers

Whenever I open the open and put my pin, the app flickers and the pin removed and I have to put the pin again. Can you fix that?

Camera permission does not work

Once I tap for the Scan option in the app, the app sends me to the settings page of iOS for turning on the camera permissions, but there is no option to turn on. That means the camera is required has not been allowed in the iOS xml file.

I reported this earlier in social media but this does not seem to work.

NB: Fix it and I will update the review

I have a feature request. And also speed improvement and buggy ui to fix

This app is pretty great for mobile banking and also for students who likes to save money like me. For convenience, i wanted a feature that, uses Touch iD/FingerPrint Sensor to login to bkash without having to enter bkash pincode every single time. Which will be very fast to login and convenience to use. Please implement this feature. I hope you’ll see my feedback ♥️
