Too much notifications
How many notifications you send to its user do you know? Everyday i got minimum 10 notifications but why? These are too useless notifications, why should i turn off getting notification. You should send some useful notification otherwise stop this.
Issues with QR scan

After the last update, I am not able to use QR scan feature. When I tap the scan, it takes me to setting for camera permission. But I donโt see any option to allow the camera. I am using iOS 13.6.1 oniPhone 6s.

Canโt imput the app login pin
Iโve never faced such problems before. Today the app login pin option only takes up to 3 digits. And I cannot access the app.
App usage
The app works like a charm. But from yesterday itโs asking secure login from iPhone . I have followed all the steps successfully. Finally I came to app UI and tried login within 2 mins as directed but the app again ask for to dia *247# . It makes me so bored. Pls fix
Verification needs to be more user friendly
The new iPhone secure login is appreciated but the technical process is not user friendly for older people. We had much hassle trying to log in to our own account due to delayed sms verification. Please take care of this.
Problem
After updating the latest one i canโt login to my bkash app because after written 8 for my bkash i canโt go forward as the next button is shaded with the keyboard.

after updating the app today i have been facing problem in logging into bkash app. each time i dial *247# โerror performing request. unknown errorโ this message has been showing. i have talked to bkash customer care they said its networking error. then i talked to sim provider customer care they said everything is okay from their part too. really confused how to solve this issue!!

Very usefull app using for long time to pay bills and send money.. but in 4.7version cannot pay KGDL gas bill in app plz update.. thank you

Facing lag after upgrading to 4.7.0
Iโm using this app from a long time,And overall I have a very good experience with this app itโs very easy to transact money, to pay bills etc but recently after upgrading this app to version 4.7.0, this app has become laggy, it takes a bit more time then usual to respond and sometimes gets stuck . I hope that this problem will be solved soon
