Pros and cons
I have no complaints about being able to access the app easily on my iPhone. Also I have had no crashes as other reviewers have alluded to. And the live trial content is ad free and moderator free, so a joy to watch when you find a trial of interest. HOWEVER, in the past few months I have found no or only sporadic listings of live trials on the Live TV site on the app. What’s up with that? I nevertheless just renewed my membership, which I have mixed feelings about. I have heard nothing back from customer service either.
This use to be a pretty great streaming service, and I hope they can get it together again.07Statfish07
App keeps crashing
The app only opens for 1 second. Also, I tapped on App Support and there’s a bunch of error messages on the web page. Why now during the trial of the decade?!!mmborabora
Actual ripoff
I don’t understand, A month ago I went and paid for an entire year subscription since I love following live trials and documentaries. Only to find out that it hasn’t put out content since March 2022. It’s January 2023. The content that does exist is literally a handful of videos that are extremely low in quality and production. They don’t have old trials or complete trials, their live show is brief and college level production. It’s as if it’s been abandoned and they’re still tricking people, like myself, into thinking Law and Crime Daily would be you know up to date, even their specials are misleading and pretend to be a film and it’s just trial highlights. So disappointed
Got on for the Depp/Heard trial and enjoyed it so much I signed up for the Premium service. What a disappointment!! I can’t load anything. The login doesn’t work 99% of the time. Total waste of time and money. Cancelled subscription.sh waco,tx
Oh man…where to start. Very disappointed.
I was so excited to find this app. Downloaded and subscribed to the premium service. Have had nothing but a terrible experience. The app is very buggy. Login is successful MAYBE 50% of the time. When I am logged in, I can’t access the premium content and instead just get stuck in this never-ending loop of “Sign-in”…”Get Access”… nothing works!!! So disappointed and will definitely have to cancel my subscription if this is the experience I will have.AppLov

So many issues
First whoever choose angles for the live feed needs some retraining. Trying to watch the Depp trial and they never showed evidence that was published. I’d switch to another network and there it was. The app brings up no results searching for Depp even though the verdict isn’t in. I’ve created an account and signed in repeatedly and it just keeps asking me to sign in. No obvious was to follow a trial and get the supposed push notifications that are mentioned. Every part of L&C is a mess.RateTheGreat
