Made my first purchase off Klekt and I’m overall happy. Shoe came in excellent condition 10/10 box was in good condition 10/10 the only downside is that the shoe came a little bit later than the estimated arrival date but not too far past it. Will be using this app again 🙂.
Good App
It’s a good app all around, haven’t used for selling though so can’t comment on it. Only problem I had was with searching, I don’t know if you sell Air Force 2s because it only shows Air Force 1s due to the search bar being quite vague with my search.
I love this app but I wish they made the shipper pay shipping
This is an amazing way to buy shoes and clothing, I’ve never sold on here so I’m not at liberty to have my input heard on that, but I do have one thing that I’d like to see get fixed in the future. If the person shipping your shoes doesn’t send them or had any issue with shipment, they charge the payee to re-ship. Which can range from 20-80€… so not amazing. Other than that though, a perfect concept.

This store is crazy , I didn’t get my shoes and I’ve been contacting them and they didn’t reply me back because I’ve been asking for a refund and they still don’t reply me back

Do not buy here , they charge a lot even though it’s not your fault that didn’t receive your order they gonna charge you again like 58 euro to re ship it..

Lie about no tax
To all buyers from US thinking of buying from Klekt thinking that we can save from tax: Klekt marketing on their website and apps that we as buyers will not have to pay tax and we can save on tax. But the truth is DHL asked me to pay tax. Their marketing about no tax is a lie. We rather buy from StockX or Goat in US because with tax, Klekt has no advantage over StockX or Goat. All US buyers should buy from StockX or Goat. I am writing the review based on my own experience. I just bought from Klekt and just got informed from DHL to pay tax. So frustrated!

The app simply doesn’t work
I have had this app to sell my stuff and buy stuff and it doesn’t let you update your listed items. It keeps saying that I need to update my basic information and and when you press update to fill whatever info they are missing it just takes you to the website and doesn’t allow you to log in.

If seller cancel the order
I recently bought couple pairs from Klekt, but the cancel rate are really high! I ve bough 5pairs 4of 5pairs are cancelled. The other pairs still waiting for seller to ship it! So my suggestion is when the seller cancel the pairs. The buyer should receive the cancellation fees for his time and effort!
