Well thought out and user friendly.
Honestly this one of the least buggy dating apps out here. It’s not full of scammers or bots either.
It’s really functional and intuitive but it doesn’t have a huge user base yet. Hopefully that changes because it really is an awesome app.

New update brought improvements!
The new update has made the app slicker, although there are a few things that I feel would improve user experience:
• The ability to cycle through photos without opening the profile itself
• The option to mute the songs playing on a person’s profile if already listening to separate media whilst using the app
• A drag and drop style approach to pictures when adding to the profile (I had to delete two pictures to re-arrange the order they were displayed on my profile - not a huge issue, it just makes things easier I feel)
Over all though, it’s a great take on the typical dating app! Would (and have) recommend to friends!

Thanks also for sharing some constructive feedbacks, here are some inputs about them: • We chose not to for now, so that you focus a bit more on the profile's music tastes than on his/her photos • You can press the stop button on the song so that the music does not automatically launch each time (the app will save your preferences) • A drag and drop style approach: we will definitely be digging into that Have a great day!
I’m losing faith in this one.
This app has been out for nearly a year and I haven’t noticed any improvement. Maybe it’s a lack of users? The problem with Turn Up is that it’s functioning on the same principles as the mega app, Tinder, despite being an underdog. I mean specifically, you get no real assistance to meet or gain matches unless you pay for the premium which is ridiculous when users provided for you are so variable in distance from you as well as age difference. These are people on that app that like good music, sure, but good luck actually meeting anybody unless you cough up your dollars.

Does Not Work
Literally the within the first 5 seconds of downloading i was already experiencing bugs. I can’t even make an account because apparently it just doesn’t work right now. Every time i try to select my gender the screen goes white and no matter what i do every time i reopen the app it takes me to the same place. It’s pretty much broken for me now since there isn’t even a go back button on the app. I can’t even uninstall because they thought it’d be a great idea to just save all the previous info so i’m stuck on the account creation screen ,now making it impossible for me to ever make an account.

It’s crash completely and I can’t get in.
I tried using this app, found a few people and it was working really well and decided to get a subscription. I paid the normal subscription and it work for a few days and now every time I try to get into the app it takes me back a few steps in making my account and then start showing things in Spanish and then says I can’t make my account. Honestly would very much like either a refund of my subscription or my account fixed.

Promising app, with at least one glitch
I enjoyed making my profile for this app, and I love the concept. I noticed one issue though, disappearing messages. I have received notifications that I’ve gotten a message, and when I click it, it opens the app and says I haven’t received any messages. Not sure if this is a known issue, but I’m hoping it’s addressed soon before the app gets popular and more people have this issue.

Search is all mainstream
App has potential. An issue I find with it is that the songs it suggests, when choosing your own or trying to do a blind test, are all main stream and takes forever to find the correct artist if it isn’t mainstream. Maybe needs an artist search option on both to better find the tracks you’re looking for.

Best dating app I’ve found
This dating app is amazing! I’ve always struggled with others because as a heavy metal lover it’s very hard to match with others with similar interests, this app has found the perfect way to do this!
Would highly recommend!
Only one thing would improve would be notifications, I often miss notifications from this app as it is not clear when you get a message.

I never write reviews, but I really wanted to after using this app.
The concept is very simple and straight forward, but the format of the app is incredibly refreshing! The blind test adds an aspect that I can’t imagine any other dating app has, and it give you something else to do other than just swiping left or right.
There are a few glitchy moments sometimes with drop down menus not readjusting as they populate with search results, and of course there are only a few people using it, but I hope this takes off!

Very cool concept
Very cool concept but it’s telling me I’ve seen everyone in a 800 miles radius. But there’s 3 people that liked me and obviously isn’t true because I’ve swiped through them all. Seems like there’s lots of bugs to fix. Songs to update so they can get played on profiles. Swiping and a new person not coming up. Lots of stuff. The entire concept of the app is very awesome though and hopefully these things get fixed. But when I’ve swiped through everyone in a 800 mile radius and there’s people that I can’t see that liked me, doesn’t seem genuine and they just want me to spend money on the premium app. Who knows though, maybe it’s a bug.
