Terrible App
Got banned because I was making a joke with someone about girls who go on dating apps linking their “onlybean” literally I didn’t even say the company name and it got me banned. What a complete waste of time. I’ve also found that many other hookup/dating apps are the same way in that they ban and block for no reason. It’s so dumb. At least if you’re gonna do that, make your customer support more responsive and correct your mistakes.
Edit- After receiving that copy paste response from them I still feel the same way about this app lol. Also a future suggestion for apps like this. Instead of just banning and forcing people to figure out why they were banned, how about emailing the user and let them know why exactly they were banned. Also to ban someone for something that was so obviously a joke is kinda trash. Especially for a dating/hookup app where the purpose is to connect users. Like fine I get that you don’t like scammers but still didn’t justify banning someone who obviously wasn’t one.
On a positive note I did make a friend off this app and he noticed I got silenced and had seen that issue with other women on the app. We found a way to stay in contact outside the app which was pretty wholesome and nice. I definitely will not be recommending pure tho in the future.Show lessSqwiggens

Unfortunately, after a careful review and a second look, we found that there were valid reasons for the ban on your account. Breaking the rules leads to a ban forever. Not sure if this is just for us guys, or if women have to do the same thing, but I cannot even complete my profile until I pay. It also is not very user friendly since it wasn’t even explained that I have to make a purchase to use. It had me upload pictures, ask what I am looking for, all under different tabs, but when I went to finish the steps, it said I needed a bio. Understandable, but when I made one, it said I’m still not finished, and gave me a prompt for pay, but didn’t ever say it was required, just that there are benefits to paying for it.
If you’re a guy that has the money to spend, I would save your money and if you are willing to pay money for anything, go to one of the larger apps and do it. Something mainstream will probably get you more matches and might have you pay less for more benefits if you do pay.
This app also only has two options for creating an account, by linking either your Facebook, OR your apple account. No option for a phone number or an email or even a google account or anything.
To the developers- I would strongly recommend not creating a paywall for half of the user base, it will lead to less matches from the half that you do have, and they will get fed up and leave for other apps. I understand you need to make money off the app, but I’d recommend doing it via OPTIONAL upgrades, with benefits that make it worth it, instead of charging me just because I’m a guy.Show lessGoldgingers

The experience on this app is very different for men than it is for women. I’m not sure how much action couples get but I’d say it’s closer to men. As a female I haven’t had trouble finding matches, heck I would turn on my ad in a new city and have 50 within 30 minutes. So if you’re a female, join. It doesn’t cost anything for women and having real women will help with the imbalance.
Men, it does cost money to have an account, and it will probably cost some money to get a match. Unfortunately that’s just how this system works.
If you’re looking for love this might not be the app for you, but if you have the time and/or money it’s worth a shot. I really like the app layout and it feels user friendly. Being able to look for people with similar interests and within a distance is also very nice. Hook ups are great, just use caution.
I found my husband on this app, and I will say I probably wouldn’t have met him if he didn’t send me a gift. So sometimes you may have to spend a little money to stand out to find a good match.
