I truly love shopping with SIP but unfortunately for the last few months the app glitches and closes and makes it extremely hard to shop the app I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling and nothing helpsKristen252

Won’t load and will not let me log in
It will not let me log in, so I continue as a guest. It will let me add things to my cart, but it will not load the check out page. I love this store! Please fix the app.That1girldarla
Love the store! Dislike the app
Every time I try to get on this app, it won’t load, it won’t refresh, or even pop up on my screen. And when it does load and I add clothes to my cart, I’ll go to the cart to check out and the items I put there is gone. Please fix the app. I love to shop at this store.amberlynncarpenter

I love the clothes on this app, but the app itself is horrible! Constantly glitches and closes me out when shopping. It’s so frustrating, especially when I’m trying to do a large haul for back to school and I basically have to start over every few minutes to get back to where I was. Most frustrating app experience I’ve ever had! Didn’t used to have this problem, been about the last couple weeks. I absolutely love the clothes . The only issue I’m currently having is the app is not working for me at all .
