Not What I Expected – Hoping for Improvement
1. The items appear wrinkled and look nothing like the high-quality images advertised on their website.
2. One item is the wrong shade of blue compared to what I ordered.
3. Two items are completely incorrect — one is a random suit I never ordered, and the other is a poor imitation of the original design I selected.
On top of this, their communication has been poor and unhelpful. I’ve reached out to address these problems, but I’ve yet to receive a satisfactory solution or any confirmation about when my order will actually arrive.
I’m hoping that when my items are finally shipped, they will be correct, but based on my experience so far, I’m not confident. I wouldn’t recommend this company due to their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to meet basic quality standards.
