Don’t trust the free trial
I wanted to try it for 30 days. When I went to view my account, I couldn’t log in. I contacted customer service for the company. They said they couldn’t find me in the system and told me I could cancel through the app. This wasn’t true for me. I couldn’t log in to do anything. You have to cancel through Apple. I got charged after spending like two weeks trying to figure it out. It don’t help that I was being told bad information from the company too. I had to cancel my card just to make sure to end the subscription and get my money back. Don’t sign up!

Really like the program need more videos added.
I really enjoy the app and variety of classes and the music. My concern is that there is limited new content added. I like the app and want to keep using it but there doesn’t seem like much new. I want to encourage the owners to start adding more videos because I’d like to stick with this app for a long time. I do wish there was a better way to filter classes and note which ones I’ve done. I have had a few glitches but those are infrequent. Please add more content!!

Filtering not working
The filtering feature was my favorite. I really enjoyed the ability to filter by time and intensity. It is not working anymore. Clicking on the filter icon on the search page does nothing. Please fix this!!!

Classes Great, App Terrible
LOVE Bulldog classes but this app is absolutely terrible. Classes are never added/updated so selection is limited. Difficult to search (needs options for class types, duration, levels, instructors, etc. ). Cannot tell if I have already done a class. It is just VERY basic.
Unable to cancel membership from app
Had to log onto website via laptop to cancel subscription. Website says you can cancel through the app but I couldn’t. My subscriptions wouldn’t load on the app to be able to cancel. Didn’t actually use this. Better off with free online YouTube videos than paying for a buggy app.
Terrible App, please get help
I really like most of the classes, but your app is terrible. I have tried deleting it and re loading, but still most of the classes are missing. All of my favorites and downloaded classes are missing.
Problems buffering
Classes would be great in person but the video has to stop to buffer every few minutes. Consistent problem with every video I’ve tried so far. Have used other workout streaming apps without this problem so I don’t think it’s my internet... Also the verbal cues could be adjusted for the at-home audience. “Towards me” and “towards the barn door” are difficult cues to follow on the fly for those unfamiliar with the physical studio.

Love these classes
I have been doing these classes for the last 3 weeks. All of the instructors have been great and I love the music. The bulldog bites are perfect for after a run or when your crunched for time. The online option is a great alternative I feel as if I am in the studio. Looking forward to taking an in person class in the future but for now I am loving this option.

Great for beginners too!
I’m 35 and had never stretched in my life. This was my first try at yoga, and I love all of the different options for beginners. I have not had any problems streaming to my tv. The app is very straight forward and easy to navigate. Their customer service is outstanding. They answered my questions within ten minutes and were so positive. I love the music attached to all of the different workouts. I’m only on week 3, but I can see myself doing this for the rest of my life. I have already noticed a big difference in how my body and mind feels during a really stressful time.
