Great variety of classes. Loved Core Power in person but don’t have one close by anymore.
The app is good but could use improvements. It would be better if you could search and filter classes with toggles and keywords like 30 or 60 mins, Male or female teacher, beginner or advanced, no down dog, no chaturanga, lots of core. It would also be great if you could choose music or no music, like if it were on a separate track. I would choose poses that don’t put weight on my hands cause they’re worn out from work, no music. Then sometimes I want a male teacher, other times I don’t care. Sometimes I want a long class, sometimes just a quick one.
There’s a very nice variety and I like the inclusion of meditation. I just wish there was filtering.
The back arrow looks like it’s going to go all the way back but it’s a few second which is good, the icon should match. Phones are big now so you could include both back 5 secs and back 15 secs.
I love CP. found it in person when I was at a low point. I moved and the sweet town with two studios is behind me so I have to make due with online. It’s good and I really appreciate it.
