More companies for bus tickets such as - Green line Paribahan, Shohagh Paribahan, Desh Travels, Soudia, Paharika, Purabi Paribahan, Purbani Paribahan etc should be added. Accepts orders! Takes bkash payment and tells after 1 hour that delivery is not possible!
And returns the money after 3/4 days!
They did this 3 times! I thought they had technical issues first! But when they did this 3rd time! I had to face trouble and got embarrassed in front of my guest!

Frustrated with Shurovi launch seat selection
I am very very frustrated that shohoz choose the worst in Barisal Dhaka lauch route, specifically in Shurovi launch. I’ll not buy anymore launch ticket from shohoz. Manami online booking or joljatra is much better than shohoz.saadakaalo

Need much improvement and professionalism in Food Delivery
1. The UI is not friendly. Difficult to roam around and find desired restaurant.
2. The updates are not useful, there are bugs in the app. Often shows faulty information.
3. Food mans are not well-prepared. Often damages the food on the way.
4. Payment system is not user friendly.
5. No feedback or review system introduced yet.
