Disgusting service. For example Once i ordered some food and I paid for it but after one hour they called me and said they couldn’t accept my order and asked me to wait for 3-5 days for the money that i paid . come on !! What type of behaviour is this !! They don’t value your money and time !!

Still no HEALTH options in ios

The app is fantastic for everything; food, tickets, truck, donations but in this time HEALTH is very important than other things. I’m missing that option in ios. I thought in this version you will update HEALTH options but still it’s missing!

Worst food delivery service ever

Had to wait 2 hours after ordering for the cancellation of the order. Immediately uninstalled the app and never gonna use it again.

Always good

The app and the people are really doing better job than competitors. Non of the service men (foodman) ever disappoints. They always make ways to serve even today they provided an impossible food delivery. I hope they (foodman) get a proper pay from Shohoz. Jazakallah

Bad service

I am basically Uber and Foodpanda user. Installed this app yesterday..... ordered food .... it’s being cancelled by them.... and now I am uninstalling this app again. You just can’t run any department with “zero” service. I don’t think I am gonna use this app again. Sorry!

Disappointing and Inconsistent

Shohoz is a genuinely disappointing app with poor customer service and an inability to actually deliver what has been ordered. Honestly, of all the delivery apps available in Bangladesh, Shohoz proves to riddled with the most problems. A major overhaul is required as soon as possible.

Good

Shohoz food app is very good. I used it many times. The delivery is prompt and delivery charge affordable. But in recent times shohoz grocery is charging tk.100 delivery charge which is much more than other service providers.
